As a first time Florida home buyer, I could not have chosen a more knowledgeable and professional team in Laura and Geoff. They made the process easy even when I had a million questions and phone calls. Since I live 1000 miles away they answered all my questions and were never “too busy” for my frequent inquiries. Even though there were a few bumps in the road they handled everything and made the process less stressful. I will use them again for any needs I have in that area. I still call them and ask questions frequently! I consider Laura and Geoff as my "friends" in Florida!! So much so that when I am there I reach out for lunch or just a visit. They are very hard working and just a joy to know! I hit the real estate lottery meeting them!!
